Winter storage is available at the Benton County Fairgrounds for a limited number of units. Space is limited, and reservations are required.

Important Dates

Storage Move-In Dates:

Returning Storage Customers:
Information and registration instructions will be emailed August 26, 2026.

New Storage Customers:
The online winter storage application will be available on our website August 27, 2026.

Winter Storage 2026–2027 Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your application. By submitting the online application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Winter Storage Terms & Conditions listed below. Your submitted application serves as your electronic signature and agreement to these terms.

Storage Rates

• $13 per foot — $200 minimum charge per unit
• $150.00 — Motorcycles

The length of each unit will be measured at the time of move-in and must include the entire unit, including the hitch or tongue and any rear attachments, such as motors.

Storage Requirements

• No 5th-wheel units or RVs.
• Full payment is required at the time of move-in.
• All motorized vehicles, other than boats, must have a drain pan placed underneath the engine/transmission area to protect the grounds from possible leaks. The renter is responsible for supplying the pan. A large pan that extends underneath both the engine and transmission is strongly recommended.
• All batteries must be removed.
• Propane tanks must have valves fully closed or the tanks must be removed.
• A clear picture of the unit must be provided with the online application.
• A separate application is required for each unit being stored.
• Due to height restrictions, the maximum height for units is 10 feet.
• All stored units must have a current storage-year tag. You must check in with a storage representative at move-in to receive your new tag and make payment. Units without a current storage-year tag will not be stored.

Important Information for Watercraft

Watercraft with rear-mounted motors must be stored with the motor in the down position.

If the motor is left in the raised position, the additional length will be included in the storage measurement, and you will be billed accordingly. A raised motor may also be at greater risk of damage.

Move-Out

Move-Out Date: April 10, 2027
Time: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

A $100 late fee will be charged if you fail to arrive during the scheduled move-out period.

Registration & Payment

Payment may be made by cash or card. A 4% processing fee will be added to all card payments.

The online application serves as your rental agreement and electronic signature. Once submitted, a copy of your registration will be emailed to you for your records.

Units will be measured and confirmed at move-in, and your final invoice will be based on the confirmed length.
