About the Agricultural Society

The Benton County Agricultural Society is made up of community members who work throughout the year to plan, support, and improve the Benton County Fair and Fairgrounds. While the fair takes place for just a few days each year, there is a lot of work happening behind the scenes throughout the year to make it all happen.

The Agricultural Society holds regular meetings throughout the year to discuss fair planning, projects, finances, committees, and other business related to the fair and fairgrounds.

Meetings

The Benton County Agricultural Society’s Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Fairgrounds Office, unless otherwise noted.

Committee meetings are scheduled as needed throughout the year.

Workshops are typically held at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays at the Fairgrounds Office.

Annual Meeting

The Agricultural Society holds its annual meeting the third Tuesday in November. This meeting includes annual business of the Agricultural Society followed the regular monthly meeting.
