Meetings

The Benton County Agricultural Society’s Board of Directors meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month during the year at 7:00 pm at the fairgrounds office.

August 18

September 15

October 20

November 17 (including annual meeting)

December 15

Our Annual Meeting is held on the 3rd Tuesday in November.

Some Directors will be attending the IAFE Convention March 15th-17th 2026

Workshop for committees is Tuesday evening starting at 5pm at the Fair Office

The Ag Society meets annually, before the start of the monthly meeting in November. Details for the meeting are in the link below.

They also attend the 6th District Annual Meeting held in Little Falls the third Monday in October and the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs Convention held in January in Bloomington, MN.

Committee meetings are scheduled as needed.
