Garage Sale Seller Information & Updates

Important Dates
- Application & Deposit Deadline: Friday, June 5th at 12:00 PM
- Setup: Thursday, June 11th from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Garage Sale Hours:
- Friday, June 12th: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday, June 13th: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Deposit Information
A $50 deposit is required with your application to reserve your space. Deposits will be returned after the garage sale once your area has been inspected and all items, garbage, and display materials have been removed.
Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must provide their own tables, racks, shelving, chairs, and display materials.
- Outdoor sellers must provide their own tent.
- All tents must be properly weighted or anchored to the ground.
- Sellers are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event.
- All unsold items, boxes, garbage, and other materials must be removed from the grounds at the conclusion of the sale.
- No items may be left behind.
Prohibited Items
To help ensure a safe, family-friendly event for everyone, the following items are not permitted for sale:
- Knives of any kind
- Firearms, ammunition, or other weapons
- Firecrackers, fireworks, or explosives
- Illegal items or controlled substances
- Adult or explicit materials
- Any item deemed unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate for a public family event
Final Information Email
A final email containing seller details, setup information, building assignments, maps, and other event information will be sent on Tuesday June 9th to all sellers who have submitted their application and deposit.
Additional Information
- Food will be available for purchase on-site.
- Space sizes will be marked on the ground in each building. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the appropriate building based on the booth size requested on your application. Please select a space within the area you are directed to.
- Sellers are encouraged to share the event and invite friends and family to attend.
- The Benton County Agricultural Society reserves the right to remove any seller or item not complying with event rules.
