As a BCAS member, you have the opportunity to join a committee and help plan the areas of the fair that interest you most!

Whether you love livestock, entertainment, vendors, activities, or another part of the fair, there’s an opportunity to get involved and help make it happen.

Find Your Fair Fit!

Love a certain part of the fair? There’s probably a committee for that!

As a BCAS member, you can join a committee and help plan the parts of the fair that interest you most. You don't have to do it all—you just need to find what you enjoy!

From livestock to live music, kids' activities to food, there are plenty of ways to get involved and help make the Benton County Fair happen.

🎡 Activity Area

Plan and coordinate the Activity Area between the livestock buildings and the 4-H Lunch Stand. Help create and prepare fun activities for kids during the fair.

🎶 Cottonwood Stage

Help plan and coordinate events on the Cottonwood Stage—both during the fair and throughout the year.

🎟️ Grandstand

Help plan grandstand events, coordinate event workers, promote the shows, and help with ticket sales leading up to the fair.

📣 Marketing & Advertising

Work with local businesses to secure advertising and help spread the word about the Benton County Fair through a variety of marketing opportunities.

📱 Social Media & Website

Help create Facebook content, respond to messages and comments, and keep the Benton County Fair website fresh, current, and informative.

🎨 Ag Craft Exhibits

Help promote Open Class entries, gather volunteers for drop-off and judging days, create activities around the exhibits, and help get the building ready for the fair.

🔎 Discovery Building

Help find businesses, organizations, and individuals with something interesting to share. Old, new, unique—if people can discover it, we want to hear about it!

🏛️ Heritage Building

Work with local historical societies and community members to showcase Benton County's history and heritage.

🚗 Parking

Work with local organizations to find a group to coordinate and operate parking during the fair.

🛍️ Vendors

Help promote the fair and recruit vendors for locations throughout the grounds. Bring new ideas for making the vendor experience even better!

Find a committee that interests you and let's make the fair happen—together!

🍺 Beer Garden & Stage

Help plan events in and around the Beer Garden, research bands for the stage, and help coordinate staff for serving, stocking, and ticket sales.

🍔 Food Vendors

Review food vendor applications and help come up with ideas that make the food experience even better for both vendors and fairgoers.

🐄 Livestock & Poultry

Help coordinate move-in and the shows, promote livestock and poultry events, and work together to attract exhibitors and grow participation.

📖 Premium Book

Work with the Livestock and Ag Craft Committees to plan and promote the Premium Book. Help connect with schools, churches, nursing homes, and other community organizations, as well as local businesses for special awards.

🚐 Winter Storage

Help promote winter storage on the fairgrounds, share ideas for improving the program, communicate with storage customers, and help with move-in and move-out days.

Become a Director

Interested in Becoming a Director?

Membership is the first step! Members must be a member for a minimum of 6 months before they are eligible to apply to become a Director.
