A lot goes into making the Benton County Fair happen! From volunteers and vendors to food, animals, exhibits, entertainment, cleaning, maintenance, and countless hours of planning, it takes a community effort to bring the fair together.

Whether you have a few hours to spare, belong to a community organization, or have an idea to share, there are plenty of ways to get involved!

Nonprofits Can Earn Money

Would your community group, church, or team like to earn some extra money? The fair has a variety of projects and tasks throughout the year that provide opportunities for nonprofit organizations to raise funds while helping the fair.

Opportunities include spring cleaning, painting projects, setting up picnic tables and garbage cans, daily morning cleaning, and much more!

If your organization is interested in earning money while supporting the Benton County Fair, please contact the fair office.

Volunteer

We are always looking for volunteers before, during, and after the fair!

There is something for everyone, whether you prefer working indoors or outdoors. Opportunities may include painting, planting, cleaning, setting up tables, placing trash bins, and helping with various projects around the fairgrounds.
