I agree to accept and compete under the rules as published by the Benton County Agricultural Society (BCAS) Entry free is non-refundable. No arguing or fights – BCAS reverses the right to eject anyone. I have read the rules and I agree to accept the judge’s ruling as final in all matters of interpretation and protests.
RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION OF BENTON COUNTY AGRICULTUAL SOCIETY Benton County Agricultural Society shall not at any time or to any extent whatsoever, be liable and responsible or in any way accountable for any injury to or death or loss, destruction or damage to property, including property and employees or undersigned occurring in, on or about the premises, or whatever occurring, resulting from any use of activity on the premises whether such injury, death, loss, different kind in matters or things set forth an undersigned shall forever indemnify Benton Count Agricultural Society against any and all claims, ability, loss, damage, action or cause of action whatsoever on account of any such injury, death, loss, destruction or damage and any related expenses, including attorney fees.
