Sponsorship Form

The Benton County Fair is set to take place from August 4th – August 9th, 2025, and we invite you to be a part of our sponsorship program.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is privately owned and operated. We are not affiliated with Benton County or any city government and do not receive funding from the county or local municipalities. The fair relies entirely on sponsorships, donations, exhibitors, and volunteers.

The Benton County Fair is a multi-generational event that showcases and educates how the food that we consume is grown, our stewardship to the animals in our care and the new technology in farm equipment. The fair also provides affordable family entertainment, delicious fair food, truck and tractor pulls and demolition derbies in the grandstand. It is a great place to meet an old friend and make new ones.

We plan each fair to reflect the values, culture, history and heritage of our community and are excited to continue with our sponsorship program. We invite you to be a part of this long standing annual event. Being a free gate fair, we estimate that we have 100,000 consumers of all ages and interests from across the area come through our gates. We would like to share the exposure and visibility to you to promote your services and/or products to our community.

If you select the Platinum or Gold level, you are responsible for providing your own 3’x5’ banner for us to display.

If selecting the Platinum, Gold, or Silver levels, the sign up deadline to be added to the back of the t-shirt is April 15^th.

All levels need to submitted June 1^st to ensure your sponsorship packet will be available.
