Department 12: Rabbit Show

All breeds accepted by American Rabbit Breeders Association acceptable, including a class for crossbreeds. Exhibit numbers may be limited due to space available. Exhibitors must be present to show rabbits.

Rabbits may be entered after 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2007 but not later than 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Judging will be on Saturday, August 4.

Rabbits may be removed after 5:00 p.m. on August 5. Benton County Agricultural Society is not responsible for rabbits left after 6:00 p.m. on August 5, 2007.

All Rabit Lots: Specify breed on entry form for each lot entered.

1st prize - $2.00, 2nd prize - $1.50, 3rd prize - $1.00


Class AA: Market Fryers

(Grade or Purebred)

Lot:

1. Single Fryer - not over 70 days of age weighing 3-5 pounds.

2. Pen of Three Fryers from the same litter not more than 70 days old weighing between 3-5 pounds.

Breeding animals - to be shown by breeds.

Class BB: California

Lot:

1. Junior Buck, under 6 months of age

2. Junior Doe, under 6 months of age

3. Intermediate Buck, 6-8 months

4. Intermediate Doe, 6-8 months

5. Senior Buck, over 8 months of age

6. Senior Doe, over 8 months of age

Class CC: New Zealand

Same lots as Class BB

Class DD: Satin

Same lots as Class BB

Class EE: Mini Lop

Lot:

1. Junior Buck, under 6 months of age

2. Junior Doe, under 6 months of age

3. Senior Buck, over 8 months of age

4. Senior Doe, over 8 months of age

Class FF: Angora
